So on my sunny, yet VERY windy trip to Florida this MLK Day, I learned how to make a delicious skinny piña Colada from my bartending partner in crime, Lindsey. It is seriously yummy and guilt free! And you can’t help but feel like you are on an amazing deserted island thousands of miles from your problems when you are holding one of these babies.
Skinny Piña Colada Recipe:
1.) Using a Coco Jack (Amazon link below) remove the top of one coconut so you can pour about 3 oz of its juice into a cup. Set aside.
